How It Works:
1️⃣ Pre-Treatment – Sludge undergoes pre-treatment to prepare for dewatering.
2️⃣ Sludge Pumping – Thickened sludge is pumped into the filter press.
3️⃣ Filtration – Water exits through the filter cloth, while solid waste remains in the chambers, forming filter cakes.
4️⃣ Cake Compression – Membrane plates apply pressure (compressed air or high-pressure water) to maximize dryness.
