As a driving force behind Super Leach, John Ullery has dedicated countless hours to researching, developing, and proving the effectiveness of this groundbreaking extraction process. What began as a necessity to support his family has evolved into a revolutionary approach to clean and efficient mineral recovery. John’s ability to think beyond conventional methods has been key to Super Leach’s success. Without a formal degree in metallurgy—an advantage, in his view—he was able to break free from traditional limitations and unlock the full potential of clean extraction. His work is set to reshape the industry, making mineral production and reuse more sustainable than ever.

For over 16 years, Andy Ullery has worked alongside his brother, John, to develop and refine Super Leach. From the very beginning, he recognized John’s unique vision and the groundbreaking potential of their work. Andy has played a crucial role in turning that vision into reality, ensuring that the business stays on track and operations run smoothly. His dedication, leadership, and unwavering support make him the glue that holds Super Leach together.

Brian Beck

Consultant

Brian Beck is a seasoned consultant with over 30 years of experience as a registered professional geologist and certified remediation specialist. For more than 15 years, he has been an integral part of the Super Leach Explorations team, offering expert guidance across a wide range of mining and environmental projects. Brian’s extensive background includes mineral resource exploration, mine permitting, and the design and execution of drilling programs. His deep understanding of mineral trend mapping and modeling has played a vital role in optimizing resource evaluation and recovery for our projects. Throughout his career, Brian has led and managed numerous mining and engineering initiatives with a strong focus on regulatory compliance, quality assurance, and cost-efficiency. His hands-on field experience spans a variety of complex geological settings, including Precambrian belts, volcanic massive sulfides, layered igneous intrusions, porphyry systems, orogenic complexes, and volcanic provinces. He has also worked extensively in lithium exploration, as well as epithermal and mesothermal systems—solidifying his reputation as a leading figure in the field. Brian’s consultancy aligns with several NAICS classifications, including support activities for both metal and non-metallic mining, environmental consulting, remediation, environmental engineering services, and other scientific and technical consulting services. His academic credentials include a Master of Science in Geology (Structural and Economic) with a minor in Geophysics from Long Beach State University, a Bachelor of Science in Geology (Economic and Groundwater) from San Diego State University, and an Associate of Arts in Geology with a minor in Computer Science from Rancho Santiago College. With his multidisciplinary knowledge and strategic approach, Brian continues to drive innovation and ensure that all Super Leach Explorations projects are built on a foundation of scientific precision, environmental responsibility, and sustainable development
